Your deposit will be refunded if we cannot supply your taxi
Additional charges above the nominal £5.00 deposit will be charged to the customer's Credit Card/Debit Card on completion of the journey. We do not take cash

When booking online and paying the nominal £5 deposit, the balance due will be charged to the same card unless specified otherwise. The nominal £5.00 deposit will be deducted from the oustanding balance

For normal journeys, we have a minimum fare of £30.00 plus fees. For our specialised services, our minimum charges are detailed on our web pages.
For all our services except Tours, Weddings (Specialised Services) etc, there is an additional £2 booking fee + 12.50% administration fee.
No VAT is charged. Airport pickups may incur car park fees. Payment is by debit or credit card only. We do not take cash payments.
